How did you get the role ?

My current role - was an internal move between the different Business Units, something which is done within the broader business. I still went through the usual process of an interview, a case study and feedback was fed through to my previous Line Manager. The beauty of Mars is the encouragement you are given to reach out to managers/leaders to discuss career opportunity/progression in such a positive way that you never feel you are 'being sneaky' or 'rude' it is encouraged to drive your career as much as you want to!
