Describe the qualities needed for your role?

Hi, as a Snr Business Translator in the advance analytics team i would think 3 key qualities have made me succeed in this role: - Stakeholder management, I work with many parts of Mars from Senior leadership to technical developers, so keeping all stakeholder up to date and informed is a key quality - Thought leadership, as part of the analytics team the business looks to me and my team for thought leadership in this space. To bring that to the table I frequently look outside Mars for inspiration - Passion for numbers, analytics is still a relatively new area for FMCG companies so as a business translator I bring a lot of passion and energy in this space Does this help?
