What motivates you about your role?

Hi there, There are a number of things that motivate me about my role, I love the fact that everyday is different and my role is really varied. I'm also really motivated by all the great people I work with, be that the people in my team, my key stakeholders and also suppliers. Finally, working for a company with such great brands is really motivating, be that working on pet food where we're making a better world for pets, or on confectionery. I hope this helps. Beth
