What motivates you about your role?

There are quite a few different aspects of my role that motivate me: - Firstly, I believe that as a business, everything we do is to ensure that the products we make will help to make a better world for pets. Knowing this is the overall goal of what we do really helps to motivate me. - Secondly, I believe that by communicating all the fantastic science and research that goes into our products both internally and externally can help to ensure that consumers are informed about the products they buy. In general, science communication is a true passion of mine and I am motivated by all the great science going on around me and having the opportunity to talk about it! - Thirdly, I love seeing the reactions of consumers and their dogs to the new products we are creating! Seeing this excitement and their thoughts on the products is definitely a source of motivation. - Lastly, I am motivated by the people around me. I get to work with so many interesting, intelligent and friendly people all day every day. This definitely makes me get out of bed in the morning and look forward to the day ahead!
