How would you describe your role to someone?

I would describe my role as exciting! No two days are the same, which may sound daunting to some, but it fills me with energy! The main part of my role is to work with lots of departments on site (Logistics, R&D, Finance etc) to ensure we have a successful launch of a new recipe, packaging or maybe a design change! My role consists of running lots of meetings, following up with people & keeping everyone organised & on track. Being able to see physical results (a new product on shelf!) is definitely the most rewarding part of my job.
