What's the culture in terms of diversity?

Hello, excellent & very topical question. Mars is dedicated to making a diverse & inclusive work environment, ensuring everyone can be them best selves at work! There is a whole team dedicated to Diversity & Inclusion with subteams within, for example Cultural Celebration, LGBT+ & Mental Health. You can volunteer to be a part of any of these teams, across all Mars Segments and work together to help bring awareness and drive these critical topics within Mars. I am actually part of the Cultural Celebration team and throughout October we organised a range of (virtual of course!) Black History Month events ranging from an external speaker from Kick it Out to a Mars senior leader panel sharing their experiences and views on what more needs to happen. As within all aspects of life, there is definitely room for improvement, but Mars has a strong ambition, drive & resources, listening to associates and making critical changes where required.
