In a word, absolutely. We’re really proud of the talent we hire at Mars, and our associates know our business. Because of this, we try to ensure we’re developing talent internally, which often comes in the form of segment moves (from Mars Wrigley Confectionery to PetCare for example) or even from moves within different functions.
