Please describe the most enjoyable aspects of your day-to-day role?

For me, the most enjoyable and fun aspect of my role is connecting and collaborating with other associates on solving problems. The user centric approach we take to tackle problems always lends itself to unlocking creativity. This breaks down further into different flavors as we have the business problem and value understanding on to the technical side. Both are fun to me for their own reasons as they allow me to flex different skillsets. It is always a great feeling to bring back a working product and watch the stakeholders faces as they engage and begin to understand the potential. This then turns into a vicious cycle of creativity and challenge to keep pushing further.
