Did you receive any training when you first joined Mars?

Yes I did. I attended a training week at one of our offices in France which provided training on all of the systems and processes that were relevant to my role at the time. I was offered the opportunity to Skype in to the training but jumped at the chance to go to the office in France. I made some great connections that supported me when needed and are still part of my network now. There are a huge number of in house training courses that are available to support in development as well as courses specific to specific roles. Hope that answers your question!
