I led a program that optimized and standardized MARS Pet product performance methodologies across both pet testing (pet centers and in-home environments) and consumer testing. The program was able to achieve 95% implementation and compliance to this suite of methodologies. This level of standardization and compliance enabled us to streamline product development while also ensuring all global testing was able to be interpreted in the same way - 'One Version of Truth'.
