The first and foremost is the chocolate. I love a fresh Snickers off the factory floor :) Other perks are international team and colleagues. Family feeling, you can be yourself and everyone accepts you just the way you are (I like being barefoot at my desk and while my previous employer told me off, Mars appreciates me for me). Corporate events, Mars has multiple corporate events such as Christmas Party, Summer BBQ, Halloween Party, Volleyball family tournaments, Cinema nights etc, abide not during COVID :(. Mars is my 4th employer and I feel most appreciated and happy here!
