Senior Research Scientist
Personally, it is the knowledge that the research I do makes a tangible difference to the lives of pets around the world. The key discoveries that we make will be incorporated into products services that will reach a huge audience, which is something that working for such a large well-regarded company has allowed.
Personal development is also an important focus across Mars and has resulted in my recent promotion to a senior research scientist, embedding me further into the business. The culture of Mars is also really prominent, and I find that there is great flexibility in my work, allowing a really positive work-life balance. The associates here are like-minded yet diverse which means there is a great sense of community and belonging at work. And for me, having pets in the office is a huge plus!
