Hi Beth, I was wondering what's been your biggest achievement in your current role?

Hi Steffano. Thanks for your question. My biggest achievement in my role this year has been working on the launch of 8 new packs that have gone into markets across Europe. In these projects, I worked with the business to identify suppliers to work with, negotiated pricing and partnered with suppliers in order for us to launch on time. Each project had it's own challenges, but there's nothing more rewarding then seeing the packs you worked on from idea conception actually in store.
