What's the hardest part of your role?

The hardest part of my role has got to be working with many stakeholders in different time zones. I often have meetings with various people in Thailand, Brazil, Australia, America and Europe. Trying to fit in meetings with all these people (some of which need to be on the same call) often gives very little or no overlap in availability. This pushes me to ensure I'm efficient in discussing agenda items and anticipate what information I may need to know in future. This allows me to speed up the time with which I can deliver results.
