What is the recruitment process like for candidates wishing to join Mars?

Although the recruitment process can vary for each individual role, once you have submitted your application it will be reviewed and if your skills and experience match what the role is looking for we will invite you to a telephone or skype interview. This will allow us to get to know you a bit better but also it will give you a chance to ask questions about Mars and the role you are applying to. If you are successful at this stage you will be invited to a panel day. This can consist of any of the following; case study, role play, presentation or interview.
