Great question! Firstly, we're always on the look-out for great talent, regardless of what industry they're from, and we'll always try to look past differences in industry where the role allows us to (after all, we want to hire individuals, not just a set of clones). Otherwise, I'd really advise looking at a particular job advert you're interested in, and making sure you've highlighted the skills we've pointed out on your CV, if we've mentioned a need for someone who can 'deal with change', try to give us an example in your CV. Ultimately, every role will have some level of transferable skill, and that's what we'll be looking for.
My second piece of advice would be to connect with someone from Mars on LinkedIn - we're a friendly bunch, and I'm confident that we'd all be happy to help you find your fit.
