For me, work-life balance is something that is always evolving as the demands of my role and family both flex at different times. Having the ability to work flexibly hours, from home or different offices is a great enabler to balance family while ensuring I am still delivering value for the business. Maintaining the balance is something that I am constantly working on and conscious of. There are numerous support, training and workshop topics in these areas that provide ideas and approaches to incorporate to make maintaining a work-life balance a reality.
