Hi Rebecca! So typically there's not a finite window on applicants, the assessment process will continue as long as the right candidates haven't been found.
In terms of work-life balance, I think Mars is probably one of the best organisations for it. All leaders have a real focus on associate wellbeing and actively encourage taking breaks/holidays when needed. This is even more true currently where everyone is flexing their work hours to suit their life during the lockdown.
