Yes! My experience has been that my boss and my team encourage me to ensure I am maintaining a healthy work/life balance.
There are times when I may be working late but I am encouraged to take that time back at a different point in the week.
I love having the flexibility to start and finish work around what works for my life. Many places talk a good game in this regard but for me, Mars walks the walk too!
