What I like the most about finance, is the how broad the area is and the intellectual challenge that it brings with it. While people think of finance as one unique job function, in reality, it offers countless possibilities with endless learning opportunities. For example, you can work on the market side together with sales and marketing, proposing the pricing for a new product launch. Or you can work in supply side, forecasting the costs associated the production of chocolate bars. Therefore, at the end there is always a challenging intellectual tasks that I face and that once solved it will have a business impact, which gives me the energy and inspiration to work in finance.
