What skills do you most value among your colleagues?

There is a huge range of skills within our Mars community, though these are some that are particularly meaningful to me: Hardworking - The dedication to carrying out quality work. My personal approach to anything is that something is only worth doing if it is done well, and quality is something really important to Mars associates. Communication - I value working with people with a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences across the business. This brings new perspectives to the work that I am involved in and good communication allows us to hear and utilise those ideas. Teamwork - There is a strong sense of camaraderie as we all strive for a similar end goal, but there is always a sense of support in personal development, and we are very celebratory of other’s successes.
