Tell me when you have most valued your colleagues?

Hi, i think the time when i most valued my comments is during COVID and working from home. I think all of us found the adjustment to home working hard so it was the compassion and understanding from your collogues that really helped me settle into the new norm. Mars is a family oriented company so we dont call mars employees but we call them Mars associates as we believe everyone at Mars is one big family and we are here to support each other through the good and the bad. hope this help answer your questions Ines
