Can you give me some tips on what the company values?

Everything Mars does is guided by the Five Principles. You see it impact on decision making at all levels of the business. We want to be a business known for doing good things that help the world become a better place. Most places that I have worked have had some sort of tagline but never have I felt it lived and breathed like here. I work in the Petcare segment and having a genuine interest in making a better world for pets definitely helped me settle into life at Mars!
