What are the characteristics of your most successful employees?

Great Question! It's hard to give a definitive 'tick list of what makes a great associate' because we always try to hire people based on what they can add to Mars, and not just whether they fit our 'mould'. However, I'd say anyone who is curious to learn, passionate about the work they do, and the impact it can have on Mars, and the world around us, as well as someone who loves to collaborate, and bring people along on the journey - are the people who succeed most at Mars. Always remember to focus on what you bring to the table and you'll be a great addition to the Mars family.
