What kind of stress do you face in your role?

I think it's safe to say all jobs involve some level of stress and it can be what makes a job both challenging and satisfying. I find that stress in my role is also the reason I enjoy it so much. It comes from dealing with people, all of which have their own opinion and can change their mind at any time. When you have worked really hard on a role for the last few months and a candidate changes their mind at the last minute, this can be both disappointing and stressful! However, telling a candidate they have been successful and hearing how excited they are is definitely the most rewarding aspect of my role.
