This is a tough question to give a great answer to, as it depends! There are lots of different levels that go into the strategic considerations behind campaigns. Many times campaigns are done at a brand or mars segment level to leverage the platforms these brands/segments offer to elevate important issue areas such as sustainability and poverty to name a few.
