Hi Stanson,
As you can imagine, working remotely during COVID has been the biggest challenge for me. As I work on a lot of international projects and my team is on different continents, having to keep all the relationships strong during covid has been hard. Mars is a very relationship-based company, hence addressing this over the past few months has been key for me.
