I knew Mars is family owned but didn't know HOW important Family/kids/pets are to all mars associate. As a mum of two kids and two cats this was such a pleasant surprise that if I had know this earlier I would have applied even earlier for Mars. P.S. I like locally to mars but only applied 7 years after moving into the area.
