Is there one thing you wish you'd known before you applied?

Great question! I wish I had researched the company beforehand to find out that Mars is a family owned business because I think it would have made me realise how much of a family feel there is on site and how we are all one big team, but also I would have found out about the 5 Principles which shape how we work.
