It was a pretty warm week, but we cooled off in our monthly Team meeting with some ice pops and an icebreaker game of "Is it IKEA furniture or is it cheese?"
Then we got down to business, with everyone being given a chance to speak and share their recent successes and challenges - checking in and airing like this allows us to guide one another given our diverse experiences!
