Excellent question! There are so many ways your career progression can be supported in Mars, and with you in the driving seat you can ensure it is exactly what you need! For example, I wanted to continue in Activity Management but get a greater understanding of Mars, so I have recently moved from Food segment over to Pet Nutrition. To help me achieve this I was on assignment in a more senior role for 7 months to build on my development areas & set me up for success in Pet.
