What support for personal development / training is provided?

Within my time here so far I've received so much support for development from both the line managers that I've had, this development can be in both leadership competences as well as functional abilities. To give an example, I'm currently in my 2nd graduate rotation working as an analyst within the supply chain advanced analytics team. Through his I've developed a real interest in the data science aspect of my role. I inquired about enrolling in a data science nano-degree and my manager approved it no problem. On a more general leadership competency level, there are many internal resources available to help develop in these areas which every associate has access to. So depending on your needs and personal preference there is opportunity to develop in which ever area you believe will benefit you.
