Just having difficulty in picking the correct program for me. Can you suggest some for me? Does having a work experience speed up the process?

We usually open for applications in October for a start in September the following year. As you have 2 more years to go I would recommend applying in October 2020 for a star in 2021.
The choice of what programme you would like to do is highly individual. Do you want to work in R&D or would you rather like to experience the whole business? Having work experiences definitely helps in determining which route to take - it does not speed up the process though.
