What do you enjoy most about your role?

I really like being able to suggest freely new ways of working to help shift peoples mind set in approaching business problems and solving them using Agile

I enjoy the opportunity to give potential candidates and the external world an insight into Mars as an employer. It can be really hard when you are searching for a job to gain this insights and to get an impression of the company culture. Being able to help with this is something that makes me enthusiastic about this role. Besides that, I am very engaged when I see our Associates talking with pride about many of the nice initiatives we have (e.g. bringing your pet to work, all Associate meetings, Make the difference awards etc.).
