How do you work in a team in your job?

One of the great things about the role I am in is the variety of teams that I work with. I would split these by different aspects such as my functional team and the project to project teams. Within the functional team we focus on aspects like engagement and development to ensure we are creating the environment and culture that we want to be part of and thrive in. On the project side, it depends on the project and the needs to deliver it. For smaller projects, I may work one on one with a stakeholder directly taking their needs and expertise and translating that into a tangible output. Larger projects will see the involvement of the full stack of skillsets. Ill work alongside the stakeholder, project manager, data engineers, data scientists, architects, and visualization experts in an agile manner to deliver within defined sprints.
